I went to the dealership today between about 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM to look at a Toyota Camry. I had a really bad experience. I was told they do not accept outside financing and that it was “company policy.” When I asked to see the policy, they told me there was no policy. I asked to speak with a manager, and they said the general manager was not there. I also asked for a business card or contact information and they would not give me anything. Then another employee came over and told me, “I’m going to be honest with you, we make our money from financing.” That made me feel like they were pushing their financing instead of being upfront with customers. The Camry I test drove was also in rough shape. The fenders were damaged, both bumpers were damaged, and the tires needed to be replaced. I was told some of the damage happened because their parking lot is small and cars get hit. Overall, I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and with the condition of the vehicle. I ended up leaving and taking my business somewhere else.

0 customer service, I bought a 2025 X7, a $60k car, did all paper work, did the payments, so when I went to pick up the car, the middle seat was stuck, they told me to take the car and c one back to install a new motor for the seat, then I found out more broken things that was stapled to be fixed and a broken front camera. Its been 6 months and they never fixed or called me back.

This dealer is a total scam. Bought a car and couldn’t even leave the lot with it. They only do DMV run on specific days or some nonsense. Also the car they sold me is faulty. It’s been a week and nothing has changed with this vehicle. Still sitting on the lot with no repairs being made. I am currently in contact with an attorney and seeking the courts help to get out of this nightmare.

I came in for a 2019 q60 red sport and worked with Nick, I’m very happy with my purchase given that these are a little hard to find. He was really polite and patient with me given how picky and particular I am with cars and my finances. Will definitely be coming back to AutoMax specifically because of him. Thanks Nick!

Pablo was very helpful and professional. The process was easy and no hassle at all. He was polite, knowledgeable, and the dealership in general was very easy to work with. This was my second car there and I’ll definitely buy there again

Clayton was straight up and valued my time. Time is my biggest asset and Clayton understood that. The technicians we clean and respectful to my car. No grease of anything left on my all white interior! Thanks Guys!
