Felipe Amabile was a great sales rep. He and the dealership accommodated my needs and the prices online are great. The selection was great so it made it easy for me to find another car after the one I had come in on got sold soon before. They explained to me that they sell 7000 cars per year so makes sense they sell at such a high pace. I did my finance paperwork with Mariana who was also great. All in all, great prices, great atmosphere, and great people..... Especially Felipe Amabile and Mariana

They definitely had the best price by far for the car I was looking for. Not crazy about having to finance through them but understand that is how the deal is structured. Phelipe was great to work with! Would highly recommend.

The buying process was quick and pretty easy. Be aware that their "internet price" is only valid if you use their banks. The car was taken into "service" when I bought it, however I just took a insanely dirty air filter out of the car. Clearly the car was not serviced. Now I will be paying for an oil change as I have no clue if that was done or not. Asked them a question if they found a item in my trade in car. No response via email or no call back.

Great costumer service. Dealer was responsive and helpful. No pressure test drive and easy going sales. Kind, professional, helpful and understanding. Best prices around, and try their best to get you into a car you want for a price you want. Not pushy at all, and very knowledgeable.

Easy car buying experience from the test drive through the final paperwork

This was my first time buying a car. 2008 Jeep Wrangler, she's a beauty! Matheus Gava helped me through the process of getting the financing and putting my new baby on the road. Great salesman and good person in general. It had a couple of minor bodywork issues so they told me to come back in a couple of days. When I came back everything I had requested to be done was done to perfection. I definitely recommend AutoMax to those looking for a great preowned vehicle and I also recommend asking for Matheus when walking in the door. Dave as well helped me with breaking down the numbers of the finance and helped ease the pain of paying off an auto loan. Will be coming back for a newer Jeep in a few years when I'm ready to upgrade! Tops off all summer long -Rick

Matheus was tremendous! Very courteous and helpful and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability didn't have the answer immediately did some investigation found out what would be best for me. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a car. He was sincerely energetic, friendly and helpful.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in late summer 2016, at the time of purchase I was told by Charles Ross (Salesman) and Dave Kerr (Business Manager) that the vehicle was still covered under the manufacturers 3 yr/36k mile warranty....well, now that I need warranty work done, I go to the local Jeep dealer to find out it is not covered, because the Jeep was originally titled in Canada! DO NOT TRUST Automax Preowned, they will lie and deceive you to close a sale. It is also worth noting that they had a deposit from another customer on the vehicle I purchased, and killed their deal because I was in their office and willing to buy that day.
