Went in to compare a pre-owned Crosstrek to a new one. Obviously the new one (shopped at nearby dealers) had things like navigation, lane assist, etc., but to me it wasn't worth the difference of $8000. And the salespeople at the dealership were off-putting. So after a test drive at AutoMax and talking about the car and a trade and all that goes with buying a car, this salesperson sold his first car on his first day working here. The buying process was fairly quick and easy, and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I was in the market for a new car for 8 months pricing a certain vehicle and disvovered automax had ver competitive pricing. I had the pleasure of having Sam assist me with the purchase. He was great from beginning to end. If you want a great experience from beginning to end ask for Sam.

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota venza xle.I love it! I had been to several other dealer's with no luck. I was frustrated. I went online in search of the vehicle I was looking for. Automax in Framingham had one and regardless of the distance I decided to check it out. From the start Richard Torbay was great. I found this dealership by chance (after searching online for a Nissan Rogue within a certain radius of our home- the one that was being sold by this dealership seemed like the best value when I compared the price to what other dealerships were charging for the same make and model from the same year with roughly the same mileage). The salesperson we worked with was a man by the name of Patrick. He was very helpful; he answered all of my questions and believe me, there were LOTS of them. I also believe everything about the process of trading in my car and purchasing this newer one went incredibly smoothly. I was in and out of the dealership within a few short hours (on a Sunday no less, when the place was packed with customers). I received a fair amount for my trade-in and I believe the price I paid for my new car was also fair (in accordance with KBB). Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I absolutely LOVE my new car! Had found a great listing for a car that I was really excited about seeing. Contacted the dealer via phone and email and was being told the car was in two different locations. After 2 calls and 5 emails I was finally able to verify the location of the vehicle, and was repeatedly told it was available for sale. Once I got to the lot I was approached by a salesperson and upon showing them the listing I was sent he told me the car had already been sold. I really don't understand how after talking to 3 different people no one was able to tell me the car was no longer available. Finally got a call back from the initial point of contact in the company as I was leaving the dealership. He still didn't know the car wasn't for sale. Pretty disappointing.
