New Lexus owner!

It's now been a couple of weeks since I drove my Lexus Rx350 from Automax. I haven't enjoyed a drive home as much as I did that day in such a long time. The I SUV I purchased from Automax preowned is an absolute pleasure to own. Thanks for making the purchasing process so pain free and equally enjoyable. I remember you asking me first when we first spoke was what was I looking for in a car? I told you that I wanted a reliable automobile, at a great price. There was no hard sell ever from you, just a lot of good questions to direct me to the right group of cars to consider. Automax business model is a unique one as I've explained it to my friends and associates. It because of this business model that I felt like I was receiving better than usual treatment and an overall excellent value for the car I purchased. The condition of the car is excellent, and It drives like it was brand new. You've really created an extremely satisfied customer, and It's easy when you make it an enjoyable experience to purchase and the product is fantastic. I wanted to write you a thank you review for the outstanding service in finding a car for my daughter. I know we were very specific in what we wanted and you didn't simply pick the first one that came down the pike. You did your diligence on a variety of cars and passed on many that could have been fine except you knew they were not the best value and quality. This is the very reason why I chose Automax Preowned to find us our car. I knew you would do exactly that and I would be thrilled....Well, I was right. You did what you said, you kept me informed, you picked a car that you would have bought for your own family, and you did all this with a smile and in a very professional manner. My daughter Katie is absolutely thrilled with her new car. Also, when I took the car to be inspected, I decided to have the Nissan dealer perform a 32 point safety inspection to see if anything was needed etc. and my delight, they said the car checked out perfect. One and Done

I just purchased a 2010 Corvette here and wanted to share with all my experience. The car was meticulously worked over by their service center and detailiers to the point where I can barely tell it's a used car. I test drove a number of vehicles in my search for the right one and this is by far the cleanest I found. The one price concept is great as I don't feel like I got ripped because I didn't negotiate harder or more agressively. It allows for a real relaxed transaction and since the price was already below what it should have been I think they actually use this system legitimately as opposed to places that just use it to make scads more cash. The financing department was great. Dan got me a lower rate than my last car deal, infact, he got me a rate lower than I thought you could get! There are apparently up sides to buying in a down economy. Either that or Dan is some sorta wizard. John, my salesman was knowledgeable about the cars I was looking for which is a welcome relief compared to what I ran into in other places. It's difficult and frustrating when you say C6 and they look at you with a blank stare. When Z51 to your salesman is what he ordered for lunch off the chinese menu as opposed to a model of car trim.

2009 MB C300

The shopping experience was bad. Sales person forgot to present me the Carfax and I did not ask for one to review at the time of purchase. Later I found car had previous accident. So I asked to process a refund. They then convinced me to go for a different C300 which indeed was no longer available. What they wanted is to keep my deposit long enough and still sell a car. Very disappointing trick.

Worst customer service ever

I went with my family to see a car , we liked that car and was thinking about making an offer but was surprised by rude behavior of the man . I thought about talking to the manager but the manager's behavior turned out worst than the sales man. We were totally dejected and even thought we liked the car , we walk out of the facility. I wander how this dealership is still in the business? I wish good luck to AutoMax because with that kind of service only luck can save them from going out of business.

Me n my new baby!

Hi, I bought my first really nice, entirely owned by me, practically new, absolutely beautiful car here for my birthday! Her name is Cyndie! Before this I drove my folks old toyota so the whole process was new to me. They needed my parents to cosign so that wasn t cool but I m super psyched and Pat and Lew were wicked nice and Abe (the finance guy?) was ok too. Me n Maggie (my pekingese) are so happy! Thanks everyone at AutoMaxeh! MWA!

Not your typical dealership

I was looking for a Lexus and wanted a good car at a GREAT price. I spoke with Russell who helped me find the right car for me. He was not aggressive. He answered all of my questions and I was very happy with the way I was treated. I wasn't just another customer. He went above and beyond. He didn give me the typical BS you get from used car dealerships.

Customer service tested

And passed! I traded in my c class for a newer model and within a week I ran into a problem with the transmission. I spoke with Robbie my salesman who hopped into action and got me with Lou in the repair center. They had me fixed up and back on the road the same day. Someone once told me you can only show your customer service skills when presented with a problem to fix. They fixed my problem quickly and with no hassle at all. I really appreciate the dedication and pleasant attitude throughout the encounter.
