My car had scaring noise, causing by mice nest in heater case. Acton Ford cleaned it, and no noise anymore. Also checked other car problems and gave me suggestions.

Great service department . Very friendly and got the work done quickly.

Came in to have the fan belts checked (noise), 80,000 mile checkup and HVAC fixed (right side HVAC actuator door was no longer opening)., Service manager immediately wanted to charge me $125.00 to run a computer diagnostic check. This was not necessary and I stated that to them (drop glove box door and look in to make sure door cable is operating)?? Never did have work done (actuator replaced). They were not busy and I was the only person in the waiting room most of the time. You would think they would want the additional work??

Everyone was polite and courteous. Been going here for over 5 years and never had a bad experience.

I took delivery on my Mustang GT Convertible at this dealer in 2005 and they have taken care of it since then. They treat it like the special vehicle it is and pay great attention to the details that make good service. For example, they were extremely helpful a couple of years back when two wheels were damaged by driving through a faulty construction site on a local freeway. In addition to making the repairs they counseled me on how to write up my claim to the highway construction company. I was fully compensated and given a bonus for the detail and clarity of my written claim request. I trust their advice and the quality of their repair and maintenance work.

I needed to have new tires mounted and balanced. Brought new tires in, switched out for the old tires, swapped out my snow tires and had my car aligned. Service was smooth and friendly, the work was outstanding and the price was surprisingly low. Very pleased.

I had a great experience at Acton Ford. I got an appointment sooner than I expected and got a decision on what was needed within one hour as I waited. The work was done and they met the promised time for me to pick it up the same day. My explorer feels 100% better since the work was completed. And as an extra they helped me to enroll in the Ford App. Very pleased with the whole experience so I plan to return to this dealer for future work. The guys at the desk were all very professional and welcoming.

The service dept is upfront from the start with an estimate. And if you choose to not comply with all their recommendations, there's no questions asked. They seem honest and fair.

I bought my 2019 Ford F150 from this dealership. Even though it is a little bit of a drive to get to them, I gave their service department a try. I have been thoroughly impressed with how helpful the people at the service desk are and how quickly the service has been done. I will continue to make the drive.
