Was dreading going with my father in law to buy a car but

Was dreading going with my father in law to buy a car but Lucas and his manager Daniel made a normally painful experience quite painless and almost pleasant. Both were very nice and worked to get us a fair deal on a used ES350. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again in the future. Thanks again guys!

poor quality, Not recommended , always have problems with this people, I git 3 news trucks on this dealership, but they don’t care about loyalty customers., all the time my truck stays more then expected, and come back with the same problem

Excellent customer service experience!

Excellent customer service experience! Mon April 8th my check engine light came on. Immediately drove my 2010 Impala to Herb Connolly Chevrolet diagnose the problem. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser called @ 7:43am Wednesday that her team had replaced the secondary air injection solenoid valve under warranty at no charge to me!!! Joie not only scheduled a Lyft ride to take me home Mon but also pick me up no charge! Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and Service Advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen pay personnel attention to every service detail. Joie is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership. After the sale service is the key!

Disappointing I had a simple repair.

Disappointing I had a simple repair. Replacing 2 headlight bulbs now it is turning into a multi-day event. I got the car back and last night while driving I have one headlight going straight ahead and the other pointing down about 5 ft in front of the car. When I called this morning, I am told that I have to drop the car off for a full evaluation. For what should be a simple adjustment.
