Jaffarian was a pleasure to work with. We effectively had a team helping us and each person was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Everything from setting up test drives to comparing trim levels to getting a fair price and purchasing was executed professionally. This is also a very spacious, comfortable dealership including the service area. We were shopping for and purchased a Volvo XC60 for my wife, but I have had a smaller Volvo for several years and my service experience at Jaffarian helped us choose this dealer.

I was in the market for a new car and called between 4-5 dealerships. Jaffarian returned my inquirey in a timely manner and were efficient in all follow corespondence. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and everyone was vey professional, kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Many years ago I wanted to change to a prius, very soon I walked right out of a salesroom in ____, a notoriously arrogant greedy dealership confirmed. I'm not looking to come out on top, just have a fair deal, that's what I got at Jaffarian. That's also when I started to use their service dept. Friendly and polite 100% of the time. Best of all, I believe they are honest. They're a dealer and charge dealer service rates, but they don't do anything unnecessary in my opinion. And in fact, they try to help your cost. For example, they search for coupons and apply them. I needed new tires, and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive ones. I told them I probably needed new brakes, instead of greedily agreeing, they told me I had more mileage left on them. Good starbucks fresh coffee machine in the waiting room. Just wish there was a quiet place to sit away from the TV.

Brenden was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I figured that my experience would be more neutral/negative and that wasn't the case at all. Would definitely go back again after this very positive experience!!

Had a great buying experience! Ronnie was my sale rep, he managed all the details seamlessly on the vehicle I purchased. The dealership owner and the manager both checked in with me to make sure I was being taken care of.

We have taken our 2009 Volvo XC90 to Jaffarian since we purchased it as a certified pre-own in 2013; and continue to trust Jaffarian's service well after the Volvo warranty has expired. Rene always has a smile on her face when we drop off the car and sees to it that our needs are met; service is always clearly explained, and the car always looks (car wash) and runs better after we pick it up. I trust the work being done and never feel we are being taken advantage of. Hoping we get another 100,000 miles on the car and with continued Jaffarian service, I think we will.
