Wouldn't go anywhere else!

This was my third purchase from Jaffarian and, as before, the experience could not have been more wonderful. My salesperson, Carl Rogers, was friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. As well, the other employees I encountered were warm and personable, and the dealership itself - a nice, clean, pleasing environment. While the reliability of the Toyota brand means that it may be many more years before I have to purchase another vehicle, the next time the need arises, I will not go anywhere else!

Great Buying Experience

I have always hated the "Car Buying Process" but working with Trevor Fanning provided a great experience for me. There was no pressure to buy and Trevor was patient as I went through my usual indecisiveness. We traded many phone calls over 2 months (that's how long it took me to make a decision) and he was always pleasant and helpful. When I finally decide to order a car from the manufacturer, Trevor kept me up to date on the delivery time. I would highly recommend Jafferian and especially Trevor to anyone looking to buy a car.

Great dealership!

This was our first purchase from Jaffarian, and it was a pleasant experience. Justin Longcoy was very helpful and not at all pushy. We have never owned a Toyota before, so we had many questions. Justin answered our questions patiently and pleasantly. He also assisted us in getting the best trade-in for our vehicle. Lucas Steker was also very helpful with the financing of our vehicle. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The best customer service

I made a down payment on a late model used car at the end last year for delivery the same day or the next business day with a chance that it would be delayed longer due to paperwork problems caused by the Massachusetts RMV. The worst did happen since the MA RMV was its normal self. When I complained about the delay, everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to make things right even though the delay was out of their control. How a dealership responds when things do not go correctly is a discriminator between the good and the best. Their response was much better than I could ever hope for. I have had the pleasure of dealing with some good dealerships in the past, but I don't think any of them were as good as Jaffarian when it counted. I am amazed that such dedication to customer satisfaction still exists.

Great experience at Jaffarian - starting with my initial contact with the very knowledgeable internet rep Katherine, moving on to my very polite salesman Justin and finishing up with efficient manager Lucas - they made the whole car-buying experience a very pleasant one. The atmosphere at Jaffarian is very professional and everyone seems to really like being at work! The turnaround time from my initial contact with the dealership to driving my car home was extremely fast and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great friendly service

I greatly appreciated the no pressure atmosphere when I got to the dealership. I had been to another dealer right before that was really trying the hard sell and it turned me off, so it was nice to be able to just say what I wanted and explore my options with no pushy sales tactics. Josh was very helpful and attentive. It was really a great first-car-buying experience, and I trusted that I got a great deal on a great car.

Great no pressure and friendly buying experience

The team at Jaffarian was great right from the start. Jena provided me with an eQuote/ePrice within an hour or so from my online inquiry. The no pressure approach coupled with alternative stock models had me call the next morning and drive down to the dealership. I was greeted by Gary Simard at the door as Jena had already briefed him about my preferences. We took a test drive and Gary was very thorough on the features and functions available in the 2015 Highlander XLE. I sat with Gary S. and Sarkis and we hammered out a fair price as compared to a competing vehicle I was looking at from another dealer. The quick ePrice turnaround coupled with other factors drove me to Jaffarian! Stephanie another pleasant team member assisted with the paper work and the rest is really history. We transferred my registration/plates, the service team provided me with my inspection sticker and congratulated me on my new vehicle. The entire staff has a great demeanor, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the overall car buying process. Jon D.

Excellent experience

Great experience overall. Initial contact was via internet and once I visited the dealership and worked with Justin, we were able to complete the deal very quickly.

Jaffarain

I'm having trouble with the touchscreen - but I'm sure it's my tech stupidity and my salesman's going to fix it Friday anyway. They respected the fact that I wanted the best bang for my buck and I don't have a lot of personal time to waste. They were friendly, efficient, didn't try to bamboozle or anything else. It was a good experience and I would and will recommend others to visit Jaffarian when purchasing their next vehicle.

Professional and courteous

I found a used car on this site and called the dealer, Jaffarian, to make some inquiries. The person I was connected to was named Trevor Fanning and he was very professional. He explained that the vehicle had just been taken in trade and had not been reconditioned or run through the shop yet. When I asked if there was an opportunity to place a refundable deposit on the car in order to have the chance to see it first, Trevor said yes and explained the process. He was quite thorough and detail orientated. It was a busy time for the dealership and it took about 7-9 days for them to evaluate and recondition the car. Trevor was very professional and kept me apprised of the progress. When he called to tell me it was ready, I explained that I would be driving from Maine and leaving after work and he said ?no problem? and that he would stay later that evening. The test drive went well and then we sat down to discuss a deal, both Trevor and the manager were great communicators and were very reasonable during the process. They went out of their way to make the process a pleasant one. What impressed me most was their willingness to stay 45 minutes past closing to make sure I didn?t feel rushed and more importantly to not rush through the paperwork. I would highly recommend Jaffarian and if you have the opportunity to work with Trevor, you will be even more pleased with your experience. Thank you to everyone at Jaffarian.
