We ordered our car with Brockton and Smith Mercedes Benz and they were extremely helpful. We had worked with other dealerships who were only interested in pushing what they had on their lot, not in selling us what we wanted. We now have the CLS we wanted thanks to Brockton's persistence.

I live in NH and drive to Smith’s in Massachusetts because the service department is the best. We bought my wifes car there and decided to go for service to try them out, Now I bring my car to them as well. Whether sales, service managers or techs they are the best. Craig is always incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to take care of my issue. He explains the problem, what they are going to do try to fix it, estimate time and price to complete. No one likes dealing with car problems, but having a friendly helpful person to talk to makes it a lot easier!!

Nick greeted me upon my arrival. Took my information and said he would call me when it was ready. Two hours later as I waited in the waiting room, after my walk, he said it was ready. Best service department I’ve ever experienced. Make you feel confident, comfortable and cared for, I could not be happier.
