Recently had my vehicle service for the sunroof not working my advisor was Kellsie she updated me through the whole service and when parts where getting luckily I was able to be set up with loner vehicle till my vehicle was done. I will definitely go back and get my vehicle service with Kellsie communication and updating you with service was a 5 start. Thank you

My 2013 CRV is my second CRV purchased from Honda North.
My 2013 CRV is my second CRV purchased from Honda North. Service Dept is large part of why I buy at Honda North. For most routine service...where else can you just drive up and they do the work generally in under 2 hrs. When I've have major service I always find the service dept offering options and never too busy not to explain in detail - often with pictures - what needs doing and why. This week's advisor was Chad and couldn't've been better. And, you know, the staff there is always pleasant which matters, too.

The salesperson, Jasli, was a very good professional
The salesperson, Jasli, was a very good professional helping me with the vehicle purchase. She even delivered the vehicle to my City Hall for auto registration in NH from MA and took receipt of my old car. She deserves a Big bonus! Thanks! The dealership experience was terrible & stressful! Both the sales & finance managers were horrible! The Sales manager, right from the beginning of negotiations, Admitted that the dealership ('We') was literally Marking Up the prices ("We mark up our prices $1-3 thousand dollars above sticker because the CRVs are very popular and selling so we can!"), which surprised & shocked me and the salesperson Next to me, as Witness! Had a difficult time negotiating, if at all. Worse, he did NOT HONOR the sales price listed on its website (kept & archived), which was shown to him, just under $39K! He said he didn't know anything about it, had no idea where it came from and that he'd "lose money on the price"! The car's ad was there on Honda North's website, including the VIN! Even Carfax linked up the ad to its website. The VIN shown was Authentic, as the sales person found the CUV, which was test driven and later bought & owned. The funny & sad thing was that the vehicle was a swap from another dealership. He literally said that he "was doing me a favor" by lowering the amount from Full MSRP down to base MSRP price & still dinged me separately for the wheel locks at full cost. When asked, he even tried selling accessories 'at dealership cost' which was declined. The Only saving grace was the small trade in allowance for my old vehicle which I had to break apart as a separate transaction. The Finance manager was rude, disrespectful, arrogant & unprofessional. Rushed the signing of documents.. signed here, initial here.... it was a 8-10 page document! Was told something to the effect of 'Your know it all attitude...' after asking about the loan contract and warranty details. He literally didn't know that Honda America stated 'Limited Warranty' on its bumper to bumper & powertrain warranties, as stated on its website. He stating 'There's no such thing as 'limited' warranty but just a warranty. Try Reading & Knowing your parent company's sales literature as it's literally Your Job! Talk about a 'know it all' attitude and behavior! Didn't bother to explain the loan contract, extended warranties or pricing Unless Asked. Worse, didn't even bother standing up to end the meeting but put out his hand On the table to shake. Received & told Honda via its official survey about the experience. A manager later responded via email (kept & archived), Anonymously, not surprisingly, said he was "a little bit sad because this all reflects on me.. saw how you gave my finance team a zero.. it reflects all on me. Unfortunately, Honda sees us all as one, I'm the one that gets penalized." You didn't even have the courage to name yourself and your response showed that you cared more about your Image and are more worried about getting penalized for your employee's Poor & Insulting attitudes & services and Still Expect Positive Ratings & Reviews by the customers?!! Train your people to behave like professionals Without the Greed & don't look for fake pity & sympathy afterwards! Treat customers how You want to be treated with Actual Honesty & Respect! You got my Initial and Only business!
