I trust Ira Toyota to do all my service work. I have an excellent service technician, Bruce Brewer. Bruce advises me what is needed on my car only when it is necessary. He also makes sure that I am giving a fair price for the work being done. I bought my car from Ira Toyota and have been bringing it back for Service for the last 4 1/2 years. This is the second car that I have had serviced through Ira Toyota.

Made an appointment for an oil change.
Made an appointment for an oil change. It took them 3.5 hours to do it. 15 minute job takes them 3.5 hours. What’s the point of the appointment? I can’t imagine if something more serious needs to be done. You probably gonna have to leave your car for days.
