Went for an oil change and tire rotation.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Took exactly 3 hours. Unacceptable to wait this long. Their scheduling leave a lot to be desired.

The Service Center At Ira Toyota of Danvers is fantastic. Knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The coffee center offered to fill the complimentary coffee and everything was exteremely clean.

Going in for a simple oil maintenance check should not

Going in for a simple oil maintenance check should not take 4+ hours! Ridiculous! Worst dealer ever. When you go to buy a car, yeah they are all quick and friendly but for maintenance they have you wait at least 4 hours. Not to mention their wifi sucks and their waiting room is over crowded.
