We made an appointment in advance for an oil change on

We made an appointment in advance for an oil change on our 2020 Hylander. We arrived on time. After waiting an hour and a half I sought out the associate we were assigned to. He checked and told us that the service people had not started work on the car. At his suggestion we left the dealership. We will need to find someone who would appreciate the job of changing the oil and filter in our Toyota. It’s the last time we will be dealing with Ira Toyota.

Was wondering what was taking so long for typical

Was wondering what was taking so long for typical service, especially after phone call with service assistant who said the car would be ready by 9:00. According to receipt, car was ready at 8:48. At 10:00 had to text and inquire if car was ready. Have never run in into this problem before.
