It absolutely blows my mind.

It absolutely blows my mind. How still I have to wait almost 3 hours for a oil change and a inspection sticker I got there at around 6:30 and left almost at 9:30. That is so unacceptable for a dealership so large as Ira.

I went to IRA Toyota in Danvers to have them make a recall repair in addition to other things I wanted done,and as always the service from start to finish was outstanding.My customer service representative whose name is Matt was awesome and made sure everything was taken care of from the moment I dropped off my vehicle,to the moment I picked it up.Since they had to keep my vehicle for about a week Matt arranged for a Lyft ride to take me from the dealership to my residence until the rental vehicle they provided was ready for me to pick up.I now have my vehicle back and I?am very pleased as always with the work that was done.Ira Toyota is great and everyone there that I?ve dealt with have always been very professional and knowledgeable.I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced.

I had to have a key programmed.

I had to have a key programmed.. i needed a second one. I had a good experience with my coordination, Nate, from Danvers, MA..He made sure the key was working! He also told me I needed a battery for my old remote! I enjoyed my latte!!! My only beef was the expense of the key, the labor didn?t go up which. I appreciate! I also love the free inspection to see if the auto needed anything. I understand we are all in the same boat with expenses but I feel in this economy, I will have to look for a good cost for myself instead of assuming I?m getting a reasonable deal!

They made things happens for me I thought never could!

They made things happens for me I thought never could!! It took a lot of fighting and I didn’t just have 1 person by my side I had multiple workers by me helping me get the car I need and help me be in a better situation I will not be changing dealerships Ira Toyota has my heart!!! Thank you for everything I couldn’t have done anything without you all!!! Vadim fausto and Virgilio hands down are the best people I’ve ever met!!

Service advisor slow response.

Service advisor slow response. You have to call. They usually are to busy to call or pick up the phone. Price of service changes higher and higher. Mine was from $400 to $10,000. Must pay off with no payment plan.
