Ira Toyota is a large and successful dealership with loads of inventory and employees to help with the inevitable corporate issues we all face as car lessees and buyers. I have had to deal with various issues regarding registration and insurance that were never of my own creation. Instead, the corps that have separated themselves from liability via the dealers who do their best to manage the chaos of the automobile industry make our lives miserable at times. Well, the folks at Ira have been good to me for 15 years, where I've leased three Tacomas and a couple Subarus (also through Ira before that). One salesman who stands out as an exceptional employee, who has helped me through some of these issues, even during his free time outside of work, is Anthony Taveras. So, try asking for Anthony when you visit! Shout out to Jesse Martinez in the Business Office as well!

Very rude service rep named Edwin ?

Very rude service rep named Edwin ?Eddie? which was so surprising until Bill the manager was involved. Now I see where the service rep?s behavior comes from. The fish stinks from the head as the old saying goes.

I received a coupon in the mail for a regular oil change.

I received a coupon in the mail for a regular oil change. When I brought the car in on the appointment day/time, I was told my wait would be about 2 hrs, and I appreciated knowing up front what the time frame for the oil change would be However, the oil change ( and 25 point inspection) actually took only 1 hour and 15 minutes! Alesha Patel, the service advisor, was friendly and professional. I?ll be using Ira Toyota in Danvers again!

An assistant service manager was training a person.

An assistant service manager was training a person. I came in for an oil change and sticker nothing else After 2 hrs of waiting I approached him and asked why it was taking so long my paper work and keys had been sitting there for a bit. He told me that this was not jiffy lube Not a proper response especially when training a new employee

my review ..next trip to its would be my 3rd! dealing with faulty GPS and causing radio to mal- function. no agent on the premises can reset or correct this problem! my car has 26,000 miles on it it?s a 2023 rav. plz have someone with knowledge contact me for help.

Great service all around.

Great service all around. Food onsite, ride if needed, very comfortable place to sit for the duration of your service. Nice people working the service counter.
