Why make an appointment if they don’t get to you until 3

Why make an appointment if they don’t get to you until 3 hours later? I bought tire insurance was told a slow leak wasn’t covered on 1 occasion then about a year later it happened again and then was told it was covered. Very frustrating

They try and upsell you from start to finish. Be careful with finance, I have an 800+ credit score and they 1st quoted me 7%, finally got it down to 4.75. Don’t be afraid to say NO

Tom- your ease in communication and quick ability to investigate and educate on detailed aspects of my vehicle was exemplary customer service and so unbelievably appreciated. Not once did I feel rushed, misunderstood, or lost in translation in what was being relayed. Your candid attitude, kindness, and care were unmatched in comparison to any service experience I’ve had elsewhere. And Cameron! So down to earth, helpful, and informative. I haven't needed any repairs on my 2023 Corolla, just routine maintenance. They do a very thorough Job while I wait. They video their inspections which I like. Angel is a very knowledgeable service manager. My wife often brings her older RAV 4 there too.

My sales rep Jason was great. I did not plan on buying today but they had a car that caught my eye. I test drive it and was out of there in a few hours.
