This dealership was over an hour away from where I live, but they ended up having the exact Subaru Crosstrek that I had been searching for, so I decided to take the ride up there. I worked with Alex Menendez, and he was very helpful and knowledgable on the car, despite it being a Subaru at a Nissan Dealership. The first visit we were unable to make a agreement on price, but I was pleased that I never felt pressured and I was able to walk out to ponder the purchase without being hounded by salesmen trying to guilt trip me into making a quick decision. Turns out a few days later I called back and was able to reach an agreement with Alex on the car. I couldn't have been happier with his excellent service. He definitely puts the customer first and was even willing to deliver my plates to me personally, so I could avoid another long trip up to Lynnfield. I must say that everyone that I dealt with at this dealership treated me well, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Despite the long drive, I would be happy to do business again with Alex at this dealership for my next car.

My lease is going to be up in September so I've been looking at cars for a few months to help me decide what my next car would be and I absolutely hate the process! I visited at least a half dozen dealerships (including Kelly Nissan in Woburn) before landing at Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield and I took over 4 hours of Alex Menendez's day. It's not very often you meet a nice, honest and down to earth car salesmen, but Alex is that guy! He took my requests and pleas seriously and although it put him in the hotseat with his manager, he was determined to get me in my new Pathfinder. He totally went to bat for me!
