We stopped into Kelly to investigate the purchase of a new Nissan. Lou was very friendly, informative and made our shopping experience easy. He was very patient and did his best to get us all of the informatiom we needed to make our decision on our new Murano. Lou knows his stuff. We highly recommend this dealership.

deceitful, irresponsible and callous
I had an appointment to see a 2017 blue, automatic Fiat 500 Pop Hatch tonight at 7:00 at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield (MA). I confirmed by both email and phone this morning and Brianna Deleon confirmed again this afternoon. When I called to tell them I was a few minutes late they informed me that the car was white, not blue as advertised on their website. I was a little disappointed but thought it was worth a test drive anyhow. When I arrived they told me that the car was a manual transmission, not automatic as advertised, and there was a sign on it saying "reserved for Judy". On my way home, another 35 miles, I called and asked a manager, Vinnie, why the sign was there. He said he didn't know and he'd have to get back to me. The only person who actually seemed to care was Ryan Furbush.

Our appointment was for 10:00 on a Saturday to talk about turning the lease in early. Corey introduced himself and we sat at his desk. He offered coffee or water right away. After talking about what I was looking for in the new Murano; we went out to the lot. Corey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It took us awhile to pin point which car we wanted, we talked about the new lease options & we drove off the lot less than three hours in our new Murano. I am happy with my choice. When I went back for my registration & sticker, Corey made sure everything was fine & told me my first oil change was on him. Thank you!

I was car shopping and found myself at Kelly Nissan where I met an amazing and incredible gentleman Alex. He was very patient with me and listen to all what I have to say or offer. He then explained every thing in details to make me understand what kind of car I want to buy. He worked with me on my budget for the car and explained all the futures in the Nissan Rogue.
