Best experience ever! I went into Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield yesterday with some "challenges" to my past credit. Corey Ragusa, Ray Fergusen. and Cavan Dunn could not have made my visit more welcoming. There was no judgment. Everyone was so kind and sincere in their approach. It was evident that they genuinely wanted to work WITH me and make me happy- which they did! I was there for quite awhile so I was able to observe all the staff there and EVERY single employee was just as wonderful. And I drove home in a beautiful new car! My wife is from West Africa. She showed up at the Kelly Nissan dealership with another black friend. Most of the sales people ignored them, figuring they were poor prospects. Brian Sosa reached out to my wife, and as a result, sold a car. Many of the Service people there are very helpful. But the most of the sales people are "cherry pickers", only willing to help if you fit their category of a "likely buyer".

I want to share my experience with having Lou Christophe as my salesman. He helped me purchase a new Nissan Pathfinder platinum. He was excellent! Lou was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He knew I had small children with me and had things ready to go so my waiting time was short. He took as much time with me as I needed! I would recommend him!
