My New CAR!!!!
I had a wonderful experience when purchasing my Lexus convertible from Don Xu. This was my first stop and I had it in my head i'd never purchase a car at the first place I stopped at. Don showed me exactly the car I had been wanting and athough the original price was not in my range, he was able to get me a great deal with my trade in and worked with me for a great finance rate. I would most definitely buy again fromn Don and from the Herb Chambers!!

In my almost 50 years of purchasing automobiles I have never bought the same make twice nor used the same dealer twice. That just changed. I have never enjoyed a car more than my Lexus. Very good salesperson
This is my 2nd Lexus purchased at this dealership. My experience with the service department was always good Sam Prusak in sales took the time showing and letting me test drive 3 different cars. When I finally made my decision he made the process seamless. I returned to pickup my car he spent time going thru all the features and showing me how they worked. The level of customer service I received from Sam was outstanding.,

When my 2007 Lexus ES350 was totaled in an accident the second call I made was to Spero Coston. We have been doing business since 1999 with success and happiness. Spero is the ultimate personificaton of Herb Chambers' Brand of excellence. He listened to my concerns, needs and wants with attentive concern. I consider Spero more than a sales representative, he is more a consultant and advisor to me. He has earned my trust over the last 14 years and I would not buy a car from anyone else. In addition I always have my car serviced at the dealership and it paid off when the insurance company settled the value of my car. The service is excellent and very friendly. My gratitude goes to Spero for selling me a new beautiful ES350 in sparkling white. I love my new car! More important I will continue to sing the praises of Spero and Herb Chambers Lexus for years to come.

Best dealership I have ever dealth with!
I recently bought my fifth Lexus (the fourth from Herb Chambers) and the process was as easy as always. I've been working with my salesman, Gerry Baker, since 2005 and he is one of the best. He knows the product inside and out and always advocates for his clients. While buying cars is often a dreaded process I can honestly say that Gerry and the team at Herb Chambers make it a non-stressful experience each time. Besides the excellent sales experience I've kept coming back to Herb Chambers Lexus because of the service. Without a doubt this is the best run service department ever (and I have owned other luxury brands like Mercedes and Audi). After more than eight years I can honestly say that never once was I treated unfairly or taken advantage of when I brought my verhicles in for service and I think after eight years I would know! Normally I work with Ricky Medieros as my service advisor. Ricky is a true professional who knows the vehicles and knows what goes on in service bays (he started out there). Like Gerry, Ricky advocates for his clients and never fails to deliver first class service. The service department really highlights the Herb Chambers business model of caring for the customer and building an annuity relationship. They don't just want to sell you a car, they want to keep you as a valued client for a long time. As long as Lexus keeps building a great product I'll keep coming to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon (and you should too)!

Outstanding customer service.
I was extremely hesitant in contacting Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon since I received no response from either the Herb Chambers of Auburn or the Boston dealerships after expressing my interest in purchasing a vehicle. Rather than becoming a repeat customer of Ira, I decided to make a last inquiry and contacted the Sharon dealership. Even though I received an apology from the general manager of the Auburn dealership, I made the right decision with my visit to Sharon. I am appreciative of the efforts to reach out to me by Angela Burdette, Amanda Yarusites and especially the excellent customer care from Sandra Zeica. Sandra provided the utmost customer service any one could ask for and her tireless commitment to providing customer satisfaction was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the Lexus did not come in the condition that I would preferred but Sandra worked hard and to the best of her ability tried to get all the issues addressed on a timely manner. Sandra is exceptionally professional, informed, down-to-earth personality and even went out of her way to deliver the vehicle to me. However I feel about the vehicle I purchased, it has no bearing on my opinion on the level of customer service I received and that is, outstanding.

Great Experience
I recently bought my first new car with Omar Adem @ Herb Chambers Lexus. I have never purchased a new car before and Omar did a great job walking me through the process. We were able to get the process done pretty smoothly. My car was freshly washed and had a full tank of gas when I came back in the morning. Omar then introduced me to the key players that will be taking car of my car in the future. It was an overall great experience. When I am ready for my new Lexus in a few years, I know I will be coming back to Herb Chambers and Omar!

I am a repeat customer at Herb Chambers Lexus. Marc Vigor is an outstanding sales person. He is professional, courteous, respectful and took the time needed to help me understand all of the features and benefits of my 2013 ES 350. Marc met me at the door and greeted me by name. He made me feel welcome and comfortable. The service experience at Herb Chambers Lexus is second to none. My car is always fixed right the first time. Scheduling an appointment is effortless and I always get a full explanation of the diagnosis and associated cost of repairs. Herb Chambers Service at 6,000 miles
I have bought three vehicles from Herb Chambers Lexus and will just keep going back to Herb Chambers because the service is that outstanding. It starts with the sales process and goes right through the service process.
