in the interactions I have had with Clay Subaru, first purchasing the Forrester hybrid in December 2025, I have been very impressed with the efficient service, very courteous and friendly staff, and ease of using a loaner while service was being performed on my car. A couple days ago, my almost 4-year old granddaughter and I brought the car in for service and the staff was exceptionally sweet to her and very helpful to me. It was stress-free.
