Never Again will I step foot in here after 16 year

I brought my first Acura at Acura of Boston in 2004 and ever since then have been getting my vehicles serviced there. I’ve spent 10’s of thousands of dollars there. However, After my previous experience working with new service director Brian Nadeau and GM Brian Cho, I will NEVER step foot in that location EVER again. My car was in for service, and some of the work had to be approved by my warranty company. They gave me a loaner, and unfortunately, I got into an accident, where a coyote ran into the highway at night, and I couldn’t avoid it. There was no breakdown lane, so I had to continue driving until I reached a safer location. I drove the vehicle another mile or two until I found a decent spot, but it still wasn’t a great location. Luckily for me, a state police officer came not too long after and stayed behind me with his lights on for my protection until the tow truck arrived. I called Acura of Boston first thing and the morning and let them know what happened. After conversing with Brian Nadeau on the first day, he told me as soon as my insurance company comes in, checks out the vehicle, and approves the claim, he would provide me with another car as my car was still in the shop. That was a total lie! His tone quickly became condescending, disrespectful, and even threatened to hold my car for collateral while our insurance company does the investigation. After realizing that we would not resolve the situation, I asked him to escalate the matter. He told me there is nobody to escalate it to and that he runs the show at Acura of Boston and everyone else is below him. Maybe it was my skin color, and he thought I was stupid, but this was a shot at my intelligence. I understand how a business works, and I know nobody with a title service director runs the show. After doing my research, I sent an email to Jim Carney, who never responded, but also found out that Brian Cho was the guy who runs the show there. After letting Brian Nadeau know that he lied to me and found out there is a manager above him, his tone became more angry and condescending. He told me my insurance company claimed that the accident was negligence; therefore, I couldn’t get another loaner; that was another lie. I called my insurance company in front of him, and they said in no way, shape, or form was that accident negligence, and they never reported that it was to Acura and that they were covering the damages. If Brian Nadeau was transparent from Day 1 and told me there is no way I’d be getting another loaner, I would’ve understood and picked up my car and brought it to another dealership, which is what I ended up doing four days Later! Instead, he gave me the runaround because he still wanted my money from the service that was supposed to get done. The last lie he told me was my car was sitting there in the parking lot waiting to get picked up if I wanted, but I had to wait 2.5 hours for it be “put together” when I finally arrived. He was banking on me still getting my car serviced there despite the disrespect and lies, but instead, I paid $550.00 to pick up my car to bring it to another Acura dealership so they can complete the work. GM Brian Cho, was a little more understanding at first and showed more empathy because I was carless for four days and had to uber around. For that reason, I made a final attempt to try and soothe things over with Brian Cho, but things went left when I expressed my displeasure with the service and how his fellow colleauge treated me. He raised his voice threatened to sue me for defamation if I posted online. I will never step foot in that location again, and they have lost a lifelong customer.

AMAZING Experience

I found myself shopping for a new car during this COVID Pandemic and was completely horrified at how this process would be. Particularly for me because I was not in a place where I wanted a new car but my car had so many issues it was time to get rid of it. Ed Martens and the rest of the team at Acura Boston made this a wonderful and rewarding experience! Thank you team!

Great Experience!

This is my first time buying from Acura of Boston and I would go back again. My Sales Consultant was James Dimidis. He has a wonderful personality that makes him a pleasure to work with. He listened to my wants/needs in a vehicle and he didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. Both James & the Sales Manager, Perry Wong, made a lasting impression me. The overall process was easy and the staff was courteous, professional, kind, attentive, & the list goes on…. I am ecstatic about my purchase & I highly recommend Acura of Boston.

Excellent used car buying experience

I recently purchased a used Audi A4 from Ed at Acura of Boston and I could not have had a better experience from start to finish. I found the car here on Cars.com so it was an essentially seamless buying process. Service was quick and the people at the dealership were all very professional. Not only was the vehicle competitively priced, it came with an additional powertrain warranty until the odometer reads 100k miles, something that I did not even know about before walking onto the lot. I would definitely recommend Acura of Boston to anyone looking for a new Acura or used vehicle.

Thank you for your 5-Star review Mike! Enjoy your Audi A4!

Excellent service

Dumitru was such a pleasure to work with. He wasn't your typical salesman trying to make a sale. He actually explained what there's not to like as well. He also went out of his way to work around my schedule. I would recommend Dumitru and Acura of Boston to anyone interested in purchasing a quality vehicle.

Excellent Sales and Leasing Consultant*

Mr. Adriano Polanco fully met and exceeded expectations. He listened to what i wanted in the car and did not push any added features onto the sale. He was thorough in all explanations and took the time to explain any questions I had. Additionally, he gave his business card, making his email available for any questions that may come up at anytime. So far he has replied to the few features I have asked him to walk me through again in a speedy manner - displaying his dedication and overall excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend Mr. Polanco to any friend / family member intetested in looking for vehicles.

Ms. Fillios

I've owned nothing but Acuras since they hit the market in 1986. From my first Integra to my new TSX, I have experienced nothing but the best Customer service and ease of the buying experience. Peter Marks has been a truly wonderful Service Rep and Henry Esteve made my recent purchase another great easy purchase. Want to be in an Acura commercial as a truly happy Acura driver! Thank you.

Excellence

after many disappointing experiences while shopping for a good pre-owned car, we hit upon Acura of Boston. We found the perfect car- precisely as advertised- no unpleasant surprises with the car nor omitted information on the documents. The deal was arrow-straight. The customer service ranked among the best I ever experienced in a car dealer. Our especial thanks goes to Rong Yiang, who made sure all went smoothly during the purchase process and even called us afterwards to make certain we were happy with our purchase.
