Excellent Service. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Schneider who was my service advisor kept me posted and addressed all my needs. Definitely will purchase next Mercedes from here when the time comes.

Patrick Titshaw's customer service is top notch and has kept me returning to Mercedes-Benz of Boston for the last eleven years. Service is quality-driven, dependable and efficient. I was in recently to replace turn signal bulbs. Patrick and the staff got me in and out with very little wait-time. I really appreciated that and all that they do. Thanks, team!

I had my GLC serviced (oil change, and inspection sticker) on a recent Saturday. Patrick T, the service manager, walked me thru the upcoming maintenance that would be needed and provided me with my options. Patrick, as always, was professional and extremely knowledgeable I personally saw him discussing my vehicle with the mechanic performing the service. Patrick then gave me an honest assessment for future maintenance Best service department in the state for a Mercedes.
