Review on my Car Lease

Overall my buying experience was great. I was able to test drive 2 cars and made a declension then. Alfredo Rosales was helpful and very knowledgeable as well as Jame Donohue. They both are very accommodating,and did everything they can do to meet my needs. Thanks.

Terrible Service Center

Service representative is unethical about their action they performed. The wheel locks are taken out of the car and never replaced it but representative says they use master wheel locks. They failed to note that I had front and rear dash cam recording the whole incident.

Disappointed

I bought a car in Apr, but since that time I have lost respect for this dealership. Obviously trained by Toyota in the art of deception. I was gyped on the terms of the extended warranty that I was promised. For 3 mos. I have been trying to get it rectified and for 3 mos they have lied to me that they were working on it. Toyota Financial told me today that there have never been any communications from this dealership about my case. Warning: if you buy the extended warranty know that it does not start from the time you buy the car---it starts from the time that the car had zero miles. Also, I agree w/other customer who complained about the trade-in ripoff. Disgusting. They are always grinning and giving you the "hail fellow well met" until you buy the car...then lookout. Beware of Nick Howell, con artist in finance dept. Don't let any papers that you sign get away from you...he can't be trusted.

Customer

I asked to to check my rear light and chang oil, they said it is their routine to check these items. After charging me $498 other repairs, they even did not notice my real light is broken. This tells me I can’t trust their process and repair. They might be ask me to repair thing not broken, and leave the not so profitable repair .

I was very happy with everything except waiting for a service representative to notice me when I first walked in. There are several guys at computers not making eye contact and no indication of who is free and if you’re next up.
