Great service
We are on our second Subaru lease with Cityside, and both times Flavio and the team made the decision and the process completely painless. They provided us with accurate information, they were very accommodating with our special requests, and got us in and out with the paperwork very quickly. Flavio made sure everything flowed smoothly and followed up with us to make sure we were still happy. We are!

Why I Buy from Cityside
I have had a Subaru in my life since at least 1991: Outback, Legacy, Forester x 2, Impreza. It's hard to look at other makes (and I tried) after studying Consumer Reports and after owning a Subaru. Somewhere during those years I discovered Cityside. It is my go-to place for two reasons: Peter Rosenberg and their service department. Both I trust. From Peter I have purchased new as well as used Subarus. My latest purchase was a few weeks ago. Peter asks questions and listens carefully to what I need in a car, he negotiates fairly (I do my homework before that step), and he makes the buying experience enjoyable. Likewise, the service department fixes only what needs fixing and takes the time to educate me a bit on the inner workings of a great car, whatever the model. Cityside has it all.

I love my new car, thanks to Peter
I bought a new Crosstrek 3 months ago and I love it. I was in a weird spot coming into the dealership because I haven't bought a new car in 10 years and the only reason I needed a new one is because I got into a bad car accident the day before. This is where Peter came in and saved the day. I knew I wanted a Subaru from the start, just didn't know which kind. With Peter's extensive knowledge, along with his extreme patience and understanding, I was able to pick the car perfect for my lifestyle. It was so easy to work with him because I was able to talk to him as a friend, rather than a sales-person. Peter listened to exactly what I needed in a car and asked the right questions so I can come to my own conclusion of what I actually wanted. I was able to test drive several cars, several times just to make sure I found my fit. You know how after a really bad accident people are scared to drive again? Peter did the exact opposite for me - he helped me find such a good fit for a car, that I was never nervous driving it. I think that is what I'm most grateful for. I love, LOVE my car and I'm super appreciative for Peter's help in the buying process.

Helpful and Cheery
I came in to buy my third Subaru and was greeted by a pleasant, knowledgeable person. I have over 5 thousand miles in the last 3.5 months and everything works well. I am complimented on the looks of my pearl red Crosstrek all the time, another plus.

An excellent buying experience
Two years ago we bought a Subaru Outback at Cityside from Alex Stepanov. When we needed another new car this spring, we returned to Alex because we felt he was open, honest and had our interests in mind first and foremost. The buying experience was conversational and not the negotiating battle that car buying once was and still is at some other dealers. We love our cars and received excellent service from everyone we interacted with at Cityside.

Best auto buying experience ever
I have been buying cars for 50 years. I do my homework, then get ready for the negotiation battle. I was switching from Toyota and wanted the Outback. As usual, I did my homework, then called Cityside and talked to Tom DAlessandro. There was no battle - I told him what I wanted and he checked inventory and I picked a car. We did a quick negotiation and closed the deal - over the phone! I wish all my previous car buying experiences were this easy. When I picked up the car, Mike Buono handled the paperwork. No gimmicks. I highly recommend Cityside Subaru.

Junior, Rob, and Team were awesome
Cityside made buying my first car such a great experience. I had a very short time to find and buy a car (I won't go into all the details) and needed to do everything via phone and email. Rob helped me find the exact Outback I wanted, in the color I wanted. And unlike other dealerships in the area, he let me put down a downpayment on it with a credit card over the phone (shocking that others wouldn't do it, and wanted me to travel 35+ min each way to come down just to run a card). When the time came to pick it up, they were really flexible and helped me get it a day earlier than planned. And their exceptional service didn't end there. The day of the pick up they walked me through everything - all the paperwork, all the additional services (starlink, etc) and all the features of the vehicle. I cannot recommend Cityside enough and will be a long time customer of theirs.
