We had an amazing experience here. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and low pressure. My car quit unexpectedly, and we needed a car ASAP - the entire team worked hard to get a new car within 2 days of our test drive over a long weekend. Very helpful, very understanding, and felt like we were on the same team. Diogo and team were incredible. Highly highly recommend.

Salesperson (and sales manager) respected my decision to buy what I wanted and did not push me to buy something that I did not want. Even when it appeared that the dealer might not have what I wanted at the moment in its inventory, there was no pressure to buy something that the dealer did have. In the end, I was happy to buy a car from Cityside.

I had a great experience buying my 2026 Crosstrek there. We had bought an outback years ago and it remains a great dealership. Great customer service, and very helpful with getting the registration/insurance matters sorted. Tatiana was an excellent salesperson.

My experience leasing a car at CitySide was incredible. I had a short timeline to make a decision based on when my parents would be in town, and Mike DiFransisco was integral in helping our decision be as smooth and easy as possible. He was amazing to work with. He was patient yet thorough in explaining all the details of the car and lease, was willing to answer any and all questions we had, and ensured that we had the best experience and felt the most confident in the decision we made. Picking up my car was very easy, and communication even after the pickup was thorough to make sure I have all that I need. I 100% recommend Cityside Subaru

Everyone is solicitous and helpful and my car always seems fine after service. But, when I pick my car up, the seat has changed - it’s too low - and the mirrors have changed. I can’t leave the dealership without spending at 5-10 minutes making my car driveable for me. I wish that whoever changes everything would put it back. Other than that I love my Subaru Crosstrek and I find the people helpful and kind.
