The truck I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the financing and protection I wanted. 7 years ago, Gerry Good and Jack Hart found a truck and financing that fit my needs and budget. That truck got totaled at 220,000 miles, but John Fernandez and the service team kept that truck so well maintained that my insurance paid full retail. So there was no question where I would buy my next truck. John and Gerry helped me figure out what I really wanted this time and Gerry located it for the price I wanted,. Not only did Jack put a financing package together that accomplished what I asked for, but he tailored my new protection plans to fit what IGood Brothers knew I put my old truck through.

Excellent experience with Good Brothers. I purchased a 2025 Ram pickup. Buying a vehicle can be a daunting prospect for most of us at Good Brothers it was a fast and fare process. From the test drive to signing the paperwork only took a couple of hours not an all day event as I have experience at other dealers in the past. They had a far greater selection for trucks and SUVs then other lots i had visited. The service department I can only say nice things about them. They worked diligently to correct an issue on my truck. If you want a fair and honest car buying experience you can't beat the friendly staff at Good Brothers dealership 5 stars all the way.

Another stressless visit to the Good Brothers service department for an LOF and multi point inspection. Jeep was in and out in less than an hour.

We purchased from WA state a brand new fully loaded RAM 3500 from Good Brothers Dodge & Ram in MA. Our experience was great, very easy, great deal, the truck is perfect, Gerry and Dan are great sales professionals, and Jack is a great finance manager. We purchased cash and organized the delivery ourselves, but everyone helped to ensure that the truck was prepared on time and properly loaded on the delivery vehicle. They sent us pictures, answered all our questions, checked again and again when we asked more questions, with patience and positive attitude. The cost of shipping was worth the deal and overall experience. We would do it again.

from the first interaction with the dealer Rep (vehicle consultant Jamie) to the final sign and go ( Mr Jack Hart ) and everyone in between it was the most positive.pleasant,seamless,experience I've ever had with buying a new vehicle. they were very patient and considerate and listened to what my needs and wants were the sales team was exceptional with the Knowledge of the different vehicles / models that I was interested with . right after I initially agreed to a 2022 Ram limited and walked out of the showroom I walked across the street to where a similar 2024 model was I went back into the show rm where the young Dan the Man( not to be confused with the older maybe a little wiser Dan the Man ) was waiting for me.I said I changed my mind I would like to buy the 24 Dan just smiled and said no problem lets do it that was just another test that the team past with flying colors , no wonder why Good Brothers have been serving the community for 100 years , my hats off to them for that accomplishment they truly are the model Dodge Flagship (should be 10 but I ran out of stars )dealership in every way .they even came to pick me up and deliver me to my new Ram then this one time at band camp oops that's a different fantabulous story that I'll keep to myself thxs for the experience UT US
