Toyota of Braintree

My husband and I had a great experience at Toyota of Braintree. When we stopped in we were introduced to Elvis Pires immediately. We told him that we had no intention of buying on that day but he still took the time to help us and answered our questions. We told him what we originally wanted, but we decided that vehicle was not a good fit for us so Elvis started the process again trying to find us the perfect car for our needs. We knew we wanted a Toyota because we had owned one previously and because of the Toyota reputation - even on the Certified pre-owned. Elvis found us a 2012 Certified pre-owned Camry that had everything we wanted. Again, he did all this knowing he was not getting a sale that day, but that didn't deter him or dampen his helpfulness. Of course we did ultimately buy that car on that day. We also worked with Arthur Martel in finance and he was just as kind and helpful. Arthur worked hard to get us a good rate and decent monthly payments. Overall, this was a great experience.

When a man with my credit score walks in to a dealer, he expects the worst. He expects denial, rejection, and shame. I did indeed feel and fear those things. I had little to offer except a genuine need for new and an aspiration to drive with the safety and protection of a dealer that backs it's customers and helps them be the best they can be. Elvis, a hard fighter for a little guy such as myself, and Wallace, who simply wouldn't take no for an answer, made my impossible dream of owning new and safe a reality. These 2, along with every other member of the highly hospitable group of people who employ this great establishment, made this place, and this experienice, one that I shall never forget, and will always share!

Arrived at Toyota of Braintree late Saturday Morning never expecting to go home with a new car, but I did. The whole experience was so phenomenal. I cam into the dealership to just look and never thought I would ever lease a car, but learned that that was the best option for my situation. Mr. Greg Tufankjian took time out of his very busy schedule to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond for us. Thank you so very much! Our saleman, Fred Zeiba, was also wonderful. There was no pressure at all through the entire experience. I would go back to Fred in a heart beat. Every individual we spoke with was professional, friendly and caring of our financial situation. What more can I ask for in a dealership. I am so proud to be a Tufankjian Family customer!

After a couple of months of dealing with other 'typical' dealerships, I found Toyota of Braintree a refreshing experience. Everyone was helpful and straight-forward. Eric was my initial contact, and helped with my questions. He must have felt my vibe, because he led me right to Sunny. Being a Real Estate associate, I know the bad rap a sales person can get. I don't sell houses, I try to build relationships. Sunny is an EXCEPTIONAL sales person and truly made me feel comfortable. He was very informative and professional. It is obvious his goals are not to sell cars, but to build relationships with his customers! My kind of guy.....a true keeper. Ian was my finance person and was an absolute pleasure to work with also! I highly recommend this dealership for your next Toyota! oh, and my new Highlander is pretty sweet too!

I recently graduated college and was a little nervous about getting my first new car. Fred Zeiba helped me along the whole process and made it easy! Kenny the sales manager also was great to work with as well as Ian who explained the financial end in an easy to understand way. After 12 years and 170,000 with my first Prius, I was ready to trade it in for a newer model. Browsed Toyota's Certified Pre-Owned site and found what I was looking for at Toyota of Braintree. Made an appointment for a test drive the next day. The whole experience was positive. The trade-in value they offered was exactly what my car was worth and I got a good deal on 2015 Prius that I purchased. As a New Hampshire resident I had to take delivery of the car over the border. Ruben drove the 1 1/2 hours to my town hall to register the car and drove my trade-in back to Braintree. The easiest car purchase I have ever made! I highly recommend Ruben and his team.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Eduardo. I was not sure what to expect but the whole process went so smoothly and I ended up driving my brand new car home the next day. I got there late evening and ended up leaving after they closed. Being a young woman, a mom, knowing nothing about cars, and being a first-time car buyer caused me to feel a bit intimidated and fearful. Eduardo was professional, straightforward, yet friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. I did a little bit of research beforehand like most people usually do but still felt unsure about a couple of things. He took his time to explain what my options were and how each option would affect me financially -- no bs. I I left feeling confident and comfortable with my decision. I asked for several of his business cards to pass out to friends. I had no clue about auto insurance etc. and he was able to link me up with an agency that has saved me thousands of dollars. I'm not joking when I say the whole process was a breeze. The whole team was truly exceptional but Eduardo deserves a raise! Thank you everyone from Toyota of Braintree.
