I am one of those people who purchase a new car about every 3 years. Over the past 50+ years of car buying, I have experienced many different sales approaches from various dealerships. Some were aggressive and used the hard sell technique trying to get you to purchase a car right then and there. For others, it was the old, “We can’t guarantee the car you want will be here this time tomorrow if you don’t put down a deposit or purchase it today.” McGee Toyota was not one of those dealerships. Right from the start, Peter C. was great to work with. There was no pressure to purchase add-ons, which some dealerships use to pad their profit on each vehicle sold. The whole car buying process at McGee Toyota was quick and easy. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

Car was completed at appointment time. Very punctual. I waited and everything was completed in estimated time. Customer Service was excellent. No high pressure trying to upsell. Although it was warranty work, I’m not impressed with hourly labor rates if I need work not covered.

AJ has been friendly, polite, and professional each service visit. He has communicated effectively without any sales pressure.

Joe in service is the most knowledgeable and honest advisor. Tells me what I need and what I don’t. I will only see him.

I tried to buy a car for them but they wouldn't allow me to put a deposit on one that hadn't even arrived. They do a lot of high pressure sales tactics and I ultimately decline to do business with them. SERVICE: I got a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE with a non Toyota dealer and it was covered by Toyota care for 2 years. I always top off the fluids and put good gas and keep timely on repeat necessary maintenance. HOWEVER, over a time I found that this dealership constantly upselled stuff that I didn't need! In fact, they flushed out the HVAC system which didn't need it by the way, and mucked it up. I got sick of this constant upselling and I went to an independent mechanic who's qualified and much happier. Don't do business here they're just looking to soak you even if you're a decent person.

Joe from service was professional and no non-sense about the service of my vehicle. He advised me on my options and helped me make the best decision for me and my family. Would recommend him to everyone.
