My experience with Premier Cape Cod was a great one! I felt that they took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I felt that I made the decision to buy the car I bought based on the information and vehicle choices provided to me. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. Also they were very accomadting to my situation of living out of state and helping get the car to me stress free.

We cannot say enough about our trip to Premier Cape Cod. We weren’t most pleased with the entire experience. We had a gentleman, Kyle Hein who carefully listened to our requirements and filtered out those available cars. In addition, we had specific options we were interested in and he was spot on in his available vehicles, pricing, etc. we didn’t need to purchase a vehicle as we were prepared to seek out other dealers. This gentleman made it worth our visit and we purchased exactly what we were interested in at a fair price. Our interactions with Kyle were stellar. Other members of the team we encountered such as Kendall upon entering the sales area and Andrew were also welcoming and professional. Very welcoming staff. Orhers were also friendly and pleasant. All were efficient and actually our best vehicle purchasing experience by far. We would purchased another Vehicle from Premier.

The entire dealership made the process from test driving to finalizing the deal a pleasure to do business with them. This is the second car I have purchased from Premier dealers and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased 2 Jeeps from Premier Cape Cod. First a 2012 on loan with bad credit issues. 2 years later for a new lease. Very happy overall with the friendly staff, competitive prices and great service department. Highly recommended.

Since our very first interaction with Premier (we are now on our 3rd Jeep Cherokee from you), we have been treated with integrity, never been pushed beyond our budget, and had unfailingly friendly service. We were slightly nervous this last time, as our long-term sales rep, Ross, has moved onto his semi-retirement dream. However, then we met Leo Laemmle, our new guy, and realize everybody who works there is pretty awesome.

No pressure. Leo was respectful and honest. My only complaint is a strong perfume odor in both sales and service waiting areas. If this is a deodorizer, please change it!
