Premier Cape Cod was actually a pleasure to deal with purchasing a new “used” Jeep for myself. Met with salesperson Rob Dombrowski and could not have been happier with the way my wife and I were treated. Rob placed no pressure on us to purchase. He was professional in all aspects of this transaction. His main concern was to make us as happy as possible with entire process. I met with two other gentlemen who were as pleasant as could be. We are now on our 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee leased through Premier Cape Cod. We have not had one bad experience there, ever, from the sales floor to the service department. This is obviously a well-managed business because not only is every employee always seemingly in a good mood, but also due the longevity of them remaining there (seen many of the same faces for almost a decade now. That says something! This last time, we were sad to hear (but happy for him) that our original salesman, Russ, had moved on to his semi-retirement dream after climbing the ladder at Premier. We wondered if we just happened to really like and trust him. Well, no worries, as this time we met Leo Laemmle, our news sales rep, and he was just as knowledgable, friendly and concerned with our happiness of purchase as Russ had always been. We also get our vehicle serviced here, and have never had a complaint in that department, either. Friendly, honest, a great stock of vehicles, and just good people.

Quick and efficient. You pay a little more for the oil change but the service is good and you don’t go in for an oil change as often. Clean and comfortable waiting area too.

right from the start Rob D. was inviting and professional and was all the way thru the sale and delivery. There were no unexpected surprises, or haggling which goes on at many dealerships. The vehicle was in excellent condition, they let me take it to my own mechanic to be checked out, and replaced the tires and battery qithout any questions, as my mechanic said they should. I actually went into Premier for scheduled maintenance for my leased 2016 Jeep Patriot. I went to the Sales Department just to look around. Kyle Hein was great. I had a Jeep Compass for about 8 years befo re leasing the Patriot. He had me drive a new Compass and a Cherokee. I was surprised to like driving the Cherokee better. (I had a Cherokee way back but it felt too big for me.) Kyle walked me through the leasing process answering all my questions along the way. I had to bring my Cherokee back for some issues after just two weeks. I wrote a note to Kyle outlining the issues and he has responded to me quickly and seems genuinely interested in getting the problems taken care of promptly.
