I purchased a brand new 2022 ram 1500 from Gio Richardson
I purchased a brand new 2022 ram 1500 from Gio Richardson at this dealership on Monday the 28th of November 2022. This is a lengthy review but I figured I would share my car buying experience here so others can read about this dealership. I was surfing the internet a few days before and was looking at trucks they had in stock. I filled out the online inquiry form about one of them and Giovanni Richardson responded to me, so I went through him. He’s the sale client adviser at Premier Cape Cod. Gio worked with me to find the perfect truck that fit my budget. I showed him my old vehicle and they gave me a great trade in price for it. When they received the new truck on-site we showed up in the late Monday morning and they had us out the door and down the road in under an hour and a half in the new truck. Rich Pierre is the product specialist and he was very helpful showing me how to use the new electronics that the tuck has in it. Andrew Dent is the Financial Services Manager that fully disclosed all the documents to me and had the paperwork for it done quickly. Also they were in touch with my insurance company and got to the registry and had the registration done quickly. Every time I go there it gets easier and faster. This is now my third truck with them and I will be back for another one in the future. I highly recommend this dealership. Again they went above and beyond and I am extremely satisfied with how everybody involved made this happen. This the most non-stressful car buying process I’ve ever had Thanks so much for everyone involved.
