Brought in our 2014 Jeep Sahara for it’s routine oil
Brought in our 2014 Jeep Sahara for it’s routine oil change and tire rotation at 8AM on a Wednesday. We were greeted by the fabulous Nicole Britton. She is very knowledgeable and always so kind, and pleasant. The fun candy treats on her desk the day we were in was definitely an added bonus! The Jeep was ready before lunch time - so earlier than expected. Loved the new video feature received by text message that showed the Jeep up on the lift!

After some miscommunication with the salesman, Al Testa
After some miscommunication with the salesman, Al Testa the GM and Rob the Sales manager went over and above to make my sale exact;y what I needed, all the while keeping me in the loop.
