I looked for vehicles for months!

I looked for vehicles for months! Priemier had several on the lot and a few due in. I found the RAM pickup that meet my needs on their lot. The sales staff was friendly and knowlegable. There wss no pressure to purchase! I was very happy with the sales experience. I recommend them 100%

I had been shopping for a new vehicle for weeks and my experience at Premier Cape Cod was by far superb to any of the other dealerships I visited. The staff were friendly and professional. I never felt haggled or pressured in any way. The dealership was fast and efficient and very good at what they do. I doubt I will ever purchase a vehicle elsewhere again! I purchased a used 2015 CRV Honda from Premier.

I purchased a used 2015 CRV Honda from Premier. When I test drove the car it had not yet been fully serviced, and I noticed a hesitation, which I discussed with the salesman who assured me that Premier throughly evaluates and services all their cars before they leave the lot. It was the exact model and year of car I was searching for, and I felt Primer had the best price, and offered the best trade in value. It took a few days to service the car and after the service I felt a vibration, which I brought to the salesman's attention. I brought the car to my mechanic and he ran tests on the vehicle.... I will not bore you with the lengthy process or details. In the end the car needed servicing because of what my mechanic found. It took about a month of communications with emails, calls and some direct conversations, to address my concerns with Premier but finally action was taken on repairs. During the discussions whenever I communicated with the Store Manager, Al Testa, he would respond to my concerns the same day or by the next day upholding Premiers commitment to quality customer service. I appreciated that I could speak to the Store Manager directly and he did take the time to listen and address my concerns. Justin Thomas, the Salesman, did his best to answer my questions, and concerns and I found him to be very attentive. Later in the process Shawn Sturdevant, Service Advisor, supported and arranged for all the services my car needed. I found Shawn to be very respectful and professional in all my dealings with him. His courtesy and email communication assisting me was most helpful in the way that it all turned out to be the best outcome for me as a consumer. What I learned – It is best to go to a reputable dealer, like Premier, where quality customer service is a priority. I really appreciated Premiers honoring of our agreements even though it took some time. Because it took time Premier also provided me with a gestures of good will replacing my floor mats from plastic to carpets. From my I experience I am confident recommending Premier because in my situation they clearly put customer satisfaction as a #1 priority. Sincerely NM
