They were very thorough with attempting to diagnose the problem with our car and didn’t give up until it ran well again. They kept me informed and kept the car overnight to double check things again the next day.

I would rate Steve Arnold as a great asset for Chevrolet and Colonial South. Absolutely outstanding service! My service rep, Karen, completely knocked it out of the park. I showed up unannounced with no appointment in the middle of a family vacation, and we were only going to be in the area for a couple of days. I was having issues with my exhaust filter and DEF system, and they went above and beyond to squeeze me in, diagnose the problem, and get us back on the road. These guys and gals are the real deal—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful about our situation. They understood that we were traveling with family and did everything they could to keep our vacation moving. I can’t say enough about Karen and the entire service team. I greatly appreciate everything they did for us and would 100% recommend this service center to anyone. Five stars all the way!
