Very courteous. Everyone said hello. I was treated with friendly respect. Service was very quick.

Three times I’ve had services that were not completed but paid for and had to have vehicle go back in to complete. I had tires installed 12/2021 and a week later my air pressure light came on. Brought car in to fix it, two weeks later light on. Two or three more times still not fixed. I found leak myself, asked that it be fixed. Wasn’t fixed and was told it would cost $63 to fix. Talked to service manager and he brought it back in and fixed it at no cost.

I loved how I was treated when I came in the lot. I was greeted with a friendly face and a handshake. James asked each of our names and acknowledged everyone. Then he listened to what I was looking for in a minivan and got me all the information about it. He brought a minvan around let me test drive it and showed me all the features. He never pressured me which I was very pleased by. The whole experience was easy and painless. I would recommend this dealership and Jim to everyone.

roland rodas ,Andy Remigo, and Scott were great on apr 5th I needed a new inspection sticker and oilchange. They were able to get me in in and get it all done.

Brian Gallant were great i had tried to replace a normal part on my car and couldnt find the place it went apparently the are two different versions of the part he got the right parts and showed me what the part looks like for next time.Nicholas Paiva did an excellent job of going over my car and replacing my battery Herbchambers has an outstanding team

Ronald from service made the experience. Seems like there are always new faces in that department when I come in, but Ronald made my most recent visit exceptional. Assisted with tracing our air conditioning leak and explaining all our options. He seemed to have a deep knowledge of Honda vehicles himself and didn't simply just read off suggested service bulletins from the mechanics to us. Timely communication throughout the process and an all-around employee the dealership should value.

I made an appointment for 230 got in right away Ronald at the desk was awesome he not only promptly checked my car in but also took a second to bring me out to my and explain a maintenance button in my touch screen, then I had a coupon and he made sure I could use it on the work I had done !
