When we walked into HerbChambers in Seekonk Massachusetts
When we walked into HerbChambers in Seekonk Massachusetts we had no intentions of buying that day. We were approached by Sam and we found ourselves very impressed by his manner as well as his knowledge. After showing us a few vehicles, we decided to test drive what is now our new Honda Passport. We picked the car up within a day and everything was perfect. We will definitely recommend Sam and the dealership in the future.

Not only did he assist me in buying a new vehicle but was able to guide me throughout the entire process from start to finish. He continue to show me all the features of the vehicle and how to use the electronic dash board as well. I was glad to have sales representative that was educated in his vehicles and trust worthy. The technicians at Herb Chambers are well trained and good at their job. I have been going to Herb Chambers Seekonk for many years and the key reason is the service advisor Malainne. Malainne is courteous, knowledgeable and very good at explaining what is needed for a given repair. The service advisor makes all the difference for me because they are the connection between the technicians and the customer. Thanks to Malainne and the well trained mechanics, I have gotten many years out of my cars.
