Tim is wonderful, patient and dedicated to his work. He made the process of buying a car a pleasure rather than a chore. Also Kevin made sure I understand how all the accessories worked especially the tech stuff ! My firmer car is 15 years old! Thank you guys!

I’m writing this review regarding my oil change on April

I’m writing this review regarding my oil change on April 6th. I met Scott and he was extremely helpful. He was friendly and professional and he answered all my questions. I told him about my rear view mirror that fell out of the passenger side holder. He check and it was out of stock so he ordered me a new one. He told me that he will call me when it got in. He also offered to check with my extended service warranty to see if I was covered in case the mechanical part was broken and needed to be repaired as well. He said he would call me when the part came in and let me know if I was covered if the mechanical parts need replacing. It’s a pleasure to be served by helpful conscientious people like Scott. There should be more people like him out there.

I'm having a difficult time with the password part. I have tried several times but with no luck. I give up. I will write response here instead and hope it gets to you. I will now add a follow up from my previous visit last Friday 7. I came in to have my mirror fixed and I returned Monday to have it installed. As it turned out the part the mirror goes into was also faulty and they couldn't get the mirror to stay. Luckily when Scott ordered the mirror he also ordered the other part just in case. Good thinking Scott. Scott told me the situation and asked me to hold tight for a few minutes. He returned after meeting with Tom Miyer to tell me he approved the installation of both parts at the same price I was origanaly quoted. A half hour later it was done. I can't thank Scott enough for his dedication to making me happy and giving me what I came for, and his heads up thinking ahead to order both parts just in case. Otherwise I would have had to return again and start over. Scott has treated me like one would hope to be treated and I can't say that about to many places out there. There should be more people out there that care the way he does. Thank you Scott for treating me right, And thank you as well Tom Miyer for doing the same. Frank Marley
