I brought my Ridgeline in to Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk to have a recall done on it. I also had scheduled a four wheel alignment and oil change. My service advisor was Molly. She called to tell me that they found another problem the serpentine idler was leaking fluid and needed to be replaced. I told her that I had replaced the serpentine belt and idler and they had about 20 thousand miles on them. She made sure that they only replaced the idler and not the belt since it was fairly new. She was very pleasant to work with and made sure my truck was repaired quickly and returned to me by the end of the day as promised.

I had a great customer service experience at Herb Chambers of Seekonk recently. I’ve been a customer for many years and have always found the service at this dealership to be excellent! A rodent chewed wires under the hood of vehicle causing extensive damage. From start to finish, Ronald Rodas, Service Advisor, handled this issue efficiently and professionally. Ronald went above and beyond dealing with the insurance claim, following up with several phone calls, emails and interactions with the insurance appraiser and adjusters. An engine harness assembly was installed and all systems were inspected and repaired to avoid future problems. Ronald was honest, personable, great at communicating with me and making sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership without hesitation for both repairs and purchases!
