Service is very slow.
Service is very slow. I am used to getting quicker service at a Toyota dealership for a previous car. Staff are polite but an hour and a half for an oil change is too long

I had my wives 2017 oil changed and some other work done
I had my wives 2017 oil changed and some other work done on the car today, 11/17/2022. They did a fine job. Cleaned my wives car up before we picked it up. Boy was she pleased about that. The inside of the windshield needed cleaning badly. Did a very nice job on that part. They sure made a lot of points with that part of the service . . We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Melainne was a sweetheart. She took very good care of the whole thing for us beginning to end. Thank you, Herb Chamber employees. You all earned aN, ATTA BOY AND GIRL!!!
