neglects to tell you the repairs needed on your car when
neglects to tell you the repairs needed on your car when you come in for routine maintenance. Decides to share after you almost get into a car accident and you call them to ask what is wrong with your car. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and Ivan from service neglected to tell me anything about my rear brakes that hadn’t caused me any issues like I was having immediately after the service.

Ivan was professional and personable.
Ivan was professional and personable. His information was accurate and delivered with humor. Work was done promptly and well. Waiting room experience was fine. Even though there were many people having their car serviced, the room is very large and bright, so there is plenty of room, whether your concern is social distancing, getting work done, or simply privacy. The visit was smooth, quick, and productive. I can’t think of much that could have been improved.
