Good experience overall. Disappointed that I was only given one set of keys to my preowned vehicle. And was not provided reimbursement for new Key fob that I had to purchase at other dealer.

I was told there was only one set of keys AFTER the transaction was completed as I was walking out the door to drive away in my new car! I paid over 54K for this car. Now I have to pay over $400. for a second set of keys!!… Disappointing is an understatement! … with that said, Homero has been great to deal with.
