I'm A Believer - Team Herb Chambers Seekonk
Sometimes you simply have to listen and act on the advice offered by professionals. General Manager Scott Birtles, Service Advisor Tim Islip, and Parts Manager Dave Kiolbasa offered me a thoughtful recommendation on a particular tire I should consider installing on my 2005 Honda Element. I initially had doubts, but decided to take the leap of faith. Why not. Herb Chambers Seekonk has always been a a trusting friend. They installed the four new tires and yes, they were SPOT ON! My Element feels and drives exactly as I had hoped. Thank you Team Herb Chambers Seekonk for always being there for me! I'm a believer all over again! Rob Giovino

Herb- you can do better.
My wife and I were looking for a Honda and were excited to see that the website for this location had some good deals listed. Sometimes we have found that a dealer may list a car but then it is sold. So we called the dealership and spoke with Danielle. She was told what we were looking for and then we specifically asked if the vehicles were available to view. She said yes and asked if we could come down tonight. We live an hour away and it was too late to do that. We told her that we would stop by later in the week. We drove the hour and came to the dealership. First question was ‘ did we have an appointment’. No we didn’t. Danielle did not come out of her office. She sent another salesman. He asked what we were interested in and then told us that the cars we wanted were in Burlington, MA. It was too late to travel there. Frustrated we went to Ocean Honda in Brockton did not need an appointment and made the sale for a fair price. Too bad for Herb’s team.
