Domenica Helo did an amazing job from the minute we walked in the door, she happen to be making popcorn at the time but then proceeded to show us the cars we came into test drive. As we proceeded with the test drives it became clear she was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda brand and options/features by year. Very few questions were left unanswered and she was true to her word with immediate information filled follow ups. The only unchecked box for us was the color. After asking if a Silver or Grey version of the model we test drove was available Domenica went inside determined to find one in our color preference and she nailed it! All paperwork was done quickly and efficiently and the car was even ready ahead of when I expected it to be. We totally enjoyed the time she spent with us during this process. I would definitely recommend Domenica and the Herb Chamber team for your next car buying experience.

First, I came in to service my car for multiple reasons. I knew I would wait a while. While I waited, my cell was dying. A very nice man assisted me a found me a USB port for me charge my battery. Once my car was all set, my service person attempted to help me with my difficulty connecting my cell to my car via Android Auo...she was unusable, but took the time to find someone who could. I’ll start by saying that finding a 2019 Honda Civic Sport with a manual transmission is NOT easy to do these days. Rancier Matos is one of the best and most genuine salesman I have ever met or worked with! This is my second time working with Herb Chambers and they are hands down the best dealership to work with! I would also like to applaud the sales manager Adriel Calo, who was not only extremely flexible but pleasant and enjoyable to work with on a busy Saturday. My finance manager Emilio Navarro, was my final step at Herb Chambers and he make it super easy and again enjoyable to buy a vehicle.
