I went in not knowing much about the product line, thought I wanted an accord, or something Colby was very patient with me and took me through paying attention to what I was looking for. The leasing process was pretty painless and everybody was so nice and helpful. I normally dread car shopping (I was replacing a 2004 camry with 270k miles on it) but this was a breeze! One monday Afternoon, and a Saturday afternoon and I was in My new CRV and I love it!!

The experience was not stressful.
I went to the dealership that day with some apprehension. I had not purchased a vehicle in 12 years and part of the reason I kept my vehicle that long is because of the whole experience of car dealerships pressuring you to buy a vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted by Colby and I thought here we go but to my surprise she was very low key and only showed me what I was looking to lease. I had mentioned I saw a deal online and she told me the details and they had the vehicle on the lot and went out and test drove. When I returned I was interested in the vehicle and Colby told me step by step how the process would go and next thing you know we had a deal. First time ever buying a vehicle where there was no pressure and I didn’t mind spending several hours at a car dealership. Colby, thanks for all your help and professionalism. BP

Emilio took me through the buying process with ease, he was professional and courteous I felt like he cared that he got everything right and didn't push too much extra stuff on me. Kamiya was super attentive and helpful with the purchase process. Had some issues with the car right after the purchase and they took car of it immediately and she was right there to make sure everything was taken care of.
