This was my first time leasing a new car. It was a bit intimidating and like any customer, I wanted to feel like I was making a good decision. When I showed up that day at the dealership I had been looking at cars and talking to salespeople for three days. If it had not been for her service I think I would have probably left that day and kept looking. What I most appreciated is that Kamiya made the effort to show me all of the CR-V's features. The time I spent with her in the car and on the lot got me thinking, "I want this car!" Additionally, she provided prompt and pleasant customer service at every stage, even after I had decided to buy it. She also provided a personal touch by talking with me about one of my favorite topics (music). This helped me relax and imagine myself owning this car, driving around with a friend. I think it was at that point that I said to myself, "I'm going to buy this one!"

When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a very respectful sales rep. Rancier Matos was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles but he was in tuned to my needs in reference to what type of car I wanted and also what I could afford.
