I just had the best car buying experience ever. My saleswoman Kamiya is new to the team but not new to the game. This young lady was nice,courteous,professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the car that I wanted. Everyone was great,the manager Scott,the finance guy Kyle and especially my main man Alex who delivered the car to me and took it for the inspection. You got a great team over here Herb!!! And the popcorn is pretty good too..

I personally have had a very bad experience with a different dealership and when I walk into this facility I explain how my previous experience was and how I didn’t want to feel pressured to buy. Don’t be afraid to ask these folks for the exact things you’re looking for, they will at least give it a shot. I specifically asked for a female sales rep when I reached out via email. They immediately texted me back and let me know they would make a female sales rep available that day if I wanted to come in and I did. I had previously dealt with a very condescending male sales rep at another dealership and wanted a better experience. Angela was the perfect match! She was friendly, low pressure, she asked me what was most important in my purchase decision and she answered all my questions. Angela was also patient when I explained that I wanted to look at another two vehicles before making my decision and she didn’t try to stop me with crazy tactics. She simply made herself accessible in case I came back. Which I did! After visiting two more dealerships that same day, I was in awe of how mediocre other dealerships were in comparison, even the cars weren’t as clean as they were at Herb Chambers. It was a no brainer. I was back here by the end of the day and picked up my car the next day! A beautiful 2016 Acura RDX. Angela coordinated getting my car registered, she handled my insurance carrier and she accommodated a few requests. The whole team, including Ronaldo the body/paint professional, made me feel really good about my purchase. I have found my new dealership!
