Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk

My husband and I were greeted by Sam. He was very polite and sat us down right away. I told him I wanted to lease a Honda Civic. He was such a pleasure to work with. He didn't give any sales pitch or preasure me into getting anything else. This was my first time leasing a Honda in Seekonk and even though there were other Honda dealerships closer to me I would lease a car with them again. I got sick the next day somI was unable to pick up the car. I am the only person on the lease but my husband went and picked up the car. Sam shoed my husband how to use all tge bells and whistkes the new Honda Civic 2019 has. He didn't have to do that. I called him a few days later to thank him and he said, " come in anytime and I will show you too. He wasn't just saying it I could tell he meant it. It has been my best experience in leasing a Honda Civic 2019 and this is my fourth leased car.

Well priced car, no gimmicks, gave a good deal for my trade. Ara was very professional and helpful thought the process. He responded quickly and accurately to any questions I had.

Ara assisted us to find a car with a manual transmission in our price range and we bought it the same day which was unplanned. Happy with my stick shift...😋😊

Rancier really knew how to help me out with purchasing my first car. From having a a spacious trunk to having my sun roof. Everything I wanted in a car he made sure that it was met and more. This was the best and easiest process i ever had. This was my 3rd time leasing and my best Everyone was very informative and friendly. Also i went to another dealer before Herb and i definitely received the best deal at Herb Chambers than the other dealer Even went back next day forgot things in the car i turned in and they had them put aside for me

John Mitchell was excellent, No pressure whatsoever. Laid back and friendly. He answered all my questions and had the small issues with the car fixed quickly (needed some extra detailing). I had limited time and he was able to get everything ready for me to drive off the lot the same day. I would absolutely recommend John to anyone and everyone. He made the car buying process a breeze.
