Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk

After making a list of dealers around me who had a vehicle I was interested in that I found online, Herb Chambers was my first stop. Domenica Helo, my wonderful salesperson, was very knowledgeable and quick to get the car I wanted to see. She was not pushy at all and very easy to deal with. Because she was so efficient, I had time to see another car that she helped me find, and that was the car I bought. First time I ever bought a vehicle going to only ONE dealership. Domenica saved me a lot of time and energy, and I'll be looking for her at Herb Chambers next time I or my kids need a vehicle.

I first visited HC Honda of Seekonk with my Brother-in-law in late October, '18 when he was looking for a Honda to buy. Our contact person/Sales person was John Mitchell; he was courteous, professional and took his time to explain our options. So when I was ready to buy my vehicle, I did not hesitate to contact John. He couldn't remember me, but was nice to me on the phone. I live an hour and half from Seekonk, but it was worth the drive. John is personable and very good at his job. THIS WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST. Keep up the good work, John.
