Our sales consultant was John Mitchell. He is courteous, professional, friendly and always working for you. I bothered him with different requests and he was able to take my requests to the sales manager, Jose, to get me the best deal. It was a long haul from our home to Seekonk - John went out of the way to meet me at my office to get the paperwork signed so I didn't have to drive all the way to sign the deal. We live in a small town in NH and Barbara (very sweet lady) is going out of the way to start early so she can reach the DMV in time to get our vehicle registered and delivered to us ASAP. Bruce Reis, our sales consultant, was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered every one of our questions in detail and made the purchase smooth and easy. He followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything was satisfactory on our side. We truly enjoyed the customer service from Bruce. Our service coordinator Kevin was also very friendly and patiently helped us set up all the features of our car.
