Poor service on phone and in person - extremely high prices for a battery and oil change - took advantage of someone that needed help - would never go to them again

One of the good things in life is knowing that you guys

One of the good things in life is knowing that you guys are looking out for me and keeping my car in top running shape and safe to drive on these dangerous highways with insane drivers, pot holes and road construction everywhere you turn. I appreciate knowing that there is one thing I don’t have to worry about. You have great knowledgeable people working for you and as soon as you’re in the door you’re greeted by someone like Ubaldo Urbina who is there right away to orchestrate the whole job. The popcorn is also a great touch! Love you guys.

It is always such a great experience bringing in my Nissan Armada they are friendly and accommodating and whenever I do not understand something they go above and beyond to make it very clear and understanding for me love going to their service center. I give it a 10 star review.

I was unsure of trying to go to Thomas Nissan at first, they had a bad reputation a few years ago. They just got new managers, and they really took care of me. They surpassed my expectations, I will be going here from now on!
